You must have some idea - at least of ones which are completely wrong/impossible. Tell us what you have worked out so far.

Alright. B is not right for sure. I know it is future subjunctive. As we are told in our textbooks, when it comes to future subjunctive, the verb in the clause takes the past tense or "should do ". So I am confused with A and C, both of which seem right to me

OK, you have whittled it down to a choice between A and C. I can confirm that one of those is correct. Look at the second word of each choice and see if you can make an argument for or against either of them.

Actually, this is quite difficult. kk may well find the appropriate second word, but still be puzzled by the first.

Many learners do not know that we can use a should construction in some conditional sentences as an alternative to if:

If you see Paul, please ask him about the report.
Should you see Paul, please ask him about the report.

Much appreciated.

kk, instead of sending your thanks in a separate message and quoting our replies back to us, just click the Likebutton, please. The reason is that it is flagged as a new post, so we think you might have a follow-up question or something to add. Those of us with slow internet connections and/or old computers have to waste valuable time waiting for it to appear.

Thank you.
