I have no clue what "a trust fund baby" means. It sounds like "a newbie in the field of trust fund." What does "a trust fund baby" mean?

Cernovich, who's not a trust fund baby, is giving away his books and his course for free.

And you're still charging money?

A trust fund is an estate planning tool that is legally established to hold property or assets for a person or organization, managed by a trustee, who is a neutral third party.

A trust fund baby is someone whose parents have placed substantial assets in a trust fund for him or her. While most of us have to support ourselves once we reach adulthood, trust fund babies can often live off the income from their trust funds.

Trust fund baby is pretty common in American usage, at least among people who live in a milieu where they might encounter such people.
