Hello.

Are the following sentences grammatically correct?

"After confirming the strange behavior of the hobo, who spoke as a totally different person, Tim chose to be direct, to try to help him, since apparently the death of his dog had affected him too much."

Thanks.

Hello,

Are the following sentences grammatically correct?

"After confirming the strange behavior of the hobo (no comma) who spoke as a totally different person, Tim chose to be direct (no comma) [STRIKE]to try [/STRIKE] and tried to help him since, apparently, the death of his dog had affected him too much."

Thanks.

See above.

Dear tdmc and Piscean: Thanks for your help.

Tim knew the hobo for years. And never the hobo drank and talk in an extroverted way details of his life.

Thanks.

talk in an extroverted way details of his life.

I would use the past tense here and would change details to about.

I suppose Tdol meant change "details of" to "about."
