I'm writing a script:

(A family has just moved into a new house and hasn't unpacked yet. The son has just sat down to eat his breakfast, when his dad asks...)

If you want, I can help you unpack after/when you've eaten/you're done eating.

Question: What would you find more natural here? 'After' or 'When'? 'You've eaten' or 'You're done eating'? Or something else?
