Leilani & Jibran arguing each other:

Jibran: I think you just want a relationship that you can brag about to your friends.
Leilani: Yeah, I do! And I'm not willing to settle.

Settle where exactly?

If you "settle for" something, you accept something that is less than your ideal outcome. In this case, Leilani is saying she wants a relationship she can brag about to her friends, and she's not prepared to settle for anything less (a relationship that's not worth bragging about). It's sometimes abbreviated to just "settle", as in your example.

It's commonly used to refer to romantic relationships. I recall a book years ago called "You Want, You'd Settle For, You Get".

You want Brad Pitt.
You'd settle for Harrison Ford.
You get Donald Trump.

You want a Michelin-starred restaurant.
You'd settle for the Hard Rock Café.
You get McDonald's.
