can you help me to know if the relative clauses here object or subject? and why?

1- At 19, Ali borrowed a book that changed his life forever.

2- she reads storybooks to children who have no access to television.

3- The trash Maryam's group collect is carried away by bicycles. (it is omitted)

and thanks

1- At 19, Ali borrowed a book that (subject of the verb 'changed') changed his life forever.

2- She reads storybooks to children who (subject of the verb 'have') have no access to television.

3- The trash [that] (object of the verb 'collect') Maryam's group collect is carried away by bicycles.
It is the relative pronoun, not the relative clause, that is the subject or object.

Shouldn't it be:

The trash Mayam's group collects?

thanks a lot
but i did not get the 3rd one

Thanks a lot, but I did not get don't understand the 3rd third one.

Note my corrections above. You must start every sentence with a capital letter and end every sentence with one appropriate punctuation mark. I'm not sure what you don't understand about the third one.

Maryam's group collects trash (I think it's clear to you with this word order that "trash" is the object of "collects") and then it's taken away on bicycles.

Shouldn't it be:

The trash Mayam's group collects?
In BrE, we happily use plural verbs with collective nouns, so the sentence is fine to us. You can use the singular too, but the plural seems to be winning.
