Should / would like to + have + past participle

I'm confused with this formula in my book, no examples here, is it should like to have / only should have ?

Both phrases are possible. Post some sentences containing them and we'll be happy to evaluate them.

Yes, should have is correct for an unfulfilled past obligation. What about an unfulfilled wish? As I know.. we can use would like to have, but what about using should? Should we make it into should like to have?

Write some sentences using the phrases and we'll tell you whether you've used them correctly. Include enough context so we can understand the situation for each one.
