Hello,

I received a postcard form the UK with this sentence on it, "Beside the Wonder Qualms"; what does that mean? I am assuming it is British English and hoping someone can shed some lights on the meaning.

Thank you.

Welcome to the forum, macsaby.

It's not a British tourist attraction or anything I've heard of before. Have you any more context?

EDIT: I notice you have given more context in another forum.

We recommend posting a question on one forum only initially. If you do not get a satisfactory answer from that forum and you feel that you have exhausted its possibilities, then of course trying a different forum might help. It is only courteous however, to tell the second forum that you have already asked the question on another forum and then give a precis of the answers you received there, along with an explanation of why you are now looking elsewhere.

On its own, it means nothing to me and I am a British English speaker.
