Why an infinitive is used after Help and Get in causative verb, and other causative verbs like (let , make and have ) an infinitive is not used. Would this confusion be explained?

Language changes. I imagine these verbs all once required a following to-infinitive, but have dropped the requirement of 'to' over the course of centuries of language change. You'll have to look into the historical linguistics of the matter to see exactly how and when this happened.

By the way, the verb get still requires a to-infinitive.

Why is an infinitive is used after Help and Get in causative verb constructions, and after other causative verbs like (let, make and have ) an infinitive is not used.

Help can be followed by either a bare or a to-infinitive,
