I have the problem with the sentence
I have informed about the problem but have not received any response.
The question is if after but I need to write I or the sentence is correct. Thanks in advance for help with explenation which one is correct
1. I have informed about the problem but I have not received any response - this is correct
but what about leaving the subject after but so sentence is
2 I have informed about the problem but have not received any response.
I have the feeling that it can be correct but I'm not sure

"I have informed about the problem" means what to you?

To me it means that there is a problem and I have informed the appropriate person/people that the problem exists. I agree that it's not the best of sentences but its meaning is clear to me.

OP should write "I have reported the problem" or "I have informed management [or whoever has been informed] about the problem."

I agree that "informed" would be much better with who was informed.
