"I cherish my thoughts for you"

And also this:
"The one who had loved them"

Not really. It is grammatically correct, but its meaning is murky and suspect. If you love the person why not simply say "I cherish you"? Cherishing your own feelings is not really to the point, besides being narcissistic.

And also this:
"The one who had loved them"

That is not even a sentence.

So, should I write
1) I cherish my thoughts for you
Or
2) I cherish my thoughts of you?

I wouldn't use "cherish my thoughts" at all.
