Are these sentences correct?

As all of us are now out of the office due to the Christmas holidays so let me know when you are back in the office when you are available to attend the meeting.
 
Perhaps:

let me know when you will be back in the office and available to attend the meeting

Shorter:
Please let me know when you are back in the office and available to meet.
 
Well, nobody's perfect. ;-)

(He should put a comma after "holidays" then finish with the suggested text.)
