We can share issues and educational information with each other because we are the same age.,,,,

We have became close people like siblings/as close as siblings. This month, we are planning to have dinner to celebrate the upcoming new year. I’m really looking forward to that.

Which is more suitable in the underlined?

Does this work as well?
We have become
close buddies like siblings.

You could say;

We're like brothers.

I made these options. What do you think?

1.We have become like brothers.
2.We have become like close buddies.

The first is fine. For the second, delete like. You could also say, "We have become close friends" (if that's what you mean).
