Convenience foods


Convenience foods are easy to prepare. Preparations of foods don't need much effort to cook. It is just need to heat it, and takes a few minutes to be ready for eating. Once time, my exam was about to start and I will be late and I hadn't had a breakfast, moreover, I opened canned bean and heated it, and had breakfast. Also, convenience foods aren't taken much time to eat, in less than five minutes. Besides, easy storage helps prepare foods to be easy and fast.
