In the sentence below, which choice is correct, A or B? Thank you a lot.

"Please let me know how you (A. could make B. could have made) so much money within three years."
 
You will hear both. I prefer B.
 
It depends whether the person is speaking about the past or the future.

John: I've made twelve million pounds in the last three years!
Jane: Please let me know how you could have made so much money in three years.

John: I plan to make twelve million pounds in the next three years.
Jane: Please let me know how you could make so much money in three years.
