I can't read what you have posted.

That said, "cranky" doesn't mean "wordy." Your answer is the best.

None of them is close, as you'll know if you have looked the word up in a dictionary.

That's enough. I suppose moody is the closest choice, though it's not a very good fit. If they had something like grumpy, it would be the obvious choice, but here 1,2 & 3 are in the same area of meaning, but not synonyms, and 4 is a distracter.
