No. The flight won't be delayed "when" or because you got the message. Try "When I got this message, I learned that the flight would be delayed".

Could you provide some context on your sentence or perhaps rephrase it? It's quite confusing, so I can't understand what you're sentence is trying to say.

See above. If you want to keep "sentence is", you need "your", not "you're". However, that's not very natural. The sentence isn't trying to say anything. The OP is trying to say/express it.

No, your sentence is not correct. It suggests that the delay occurred only when you received the message. That's not true. The airline was contacting you to tell you that your flight was delayed. You have a few options here:

I found out my flight was delayed when I received a message from the airline.
The airline emailed/texted me to say my flight was delayed.
My flight was delayed. I found this out from a message from the airline.

Could I try other version?

I was watching television that my flight was delayed due to strike in process.

If it is wrong, please correct me.

I was watching television when I saw/heard/found out/discovered that my flight was delayed due to an airline strike. [STRIKE]in process.[/STRIKE]

If it is wrong, please correct [STRIKE]me[/STRIKE] it.

See above.

We don't say "I was watching television that ...". You can use the construction I used above, "I was watching television when I saw that ..." or you could say "I saw on TV that ...".

"in process" was wrong. We use "in progress" but it didn't really fit your context.

I'm sorry. Is free, public, adult education available? How about an English club or conversation group?

If none of these are available, you should start working through a good basic English grammar.

You have access to the Internet, maybe the best tool out there for learning a language. I have learnt 90% of my English online. I started by listening to native speakers talk about my favourite topics and gradually immersed myself in the language while slowly but steadily building my vocabulary and understanding of grammar and punctuation. I read in English, I wrote in English, I thought in English, and worked very hard, yet I still have a lot to learn. This may not be the best method out there, and while it may be intimidating to tackle alone this language giant which is English without an English teacher guiding you, don't let your economic condition stop you from learning and improving yourself. Unwavering focus and determination is all you need.
