I would say "The fish is orange with white spots, and it is very beautiful".

You don't need to say "in colour". Also, the way you have used "which is very beautiful" makes it sound as if you particularly think that "orange with white spots" is beautiful, whereas I imagine that you probably mean that the fish is very beautiful.
