This is an entry from my diary. Please check it and correct any mistakes.

Recently, I've been watching reality shows and they are very interesting. In the shows, many hypocritical players backstabs each other and try to win the competitions. I'm a nosy person so I'm excited to get the popcorn and enjoy the shows. However, my favourite theme is pets. I hope some TV companies can produce something related to taking care of pets or everyday life of pets. My second favourite is material transformation. I like seeing people use their creativity to transform rubbish into something useful.

Try:

backstab each other in an effort to win the competition.

Why is it better to use “to see”?

I prefer using the infinitive to the gerund form there as it sounds better.

Don't you think so, Tarheel?

Recently, I've been watching reality game shows and they are they're very interesting.
Practise using more contractions.
In these shows, many hypocritical players backstabs backstab each other and to try to and win the competitions game.
Even though there are winners (and losers), we don't really refer to these shows as "competitions". They're games. Also, bear in mind that "reality shows" aren't all game shows. Some of them literally just follow real people in their daily lives.
I'm a nosy person so I'm excited to get the popcorn and enjoy the shows.
"Nosy" doesn't fit there. If you're talking about the reality shows I mentioned in the final sentence of my last comment, then I suppose you might watch them because you're nosy but you've been talking about a different kind of game show up to now.
The second half of your sentence doesn't fit with the first so "so" doesn't work there.
However, my favourite theme types of show is are about pets.
You need to make it clear that you're no longer talking about reality shows.
I hope some TV companies can will produce something some shows related to about taking care of pets or about the everyday life lives of pets.
This is a hope for the future. Of course they "can" do it but you want them to actually do it.
Remember that, in this context, the sort of casual English used in personal diaries would use "about" or "on" rather than "related to".
My second favourite subject is material transformation.
I don't know what "material transformation" means.
I like seeing people use their creativity to transform rubbish into something useful.
This is clearer. I'd combine the final two sentences into a shorter one.

How about "My second favourite subject is creatively transforming rubbish into something useful"?

I can't think of an adjective to describe people who like watching others backstabbing. I might just say "I'm excited to get the popcorn and enjoy the shows". Does it sound better?

You could say "I am thrilled/fascinated". The definite article does not go with "popcorn".

Isn’t ‘get the popcorn’ an idiom?

@Maybo Try:

I'm excited to grab myself some popcorn and watch some shows.

Something like that.

Heat it and eat it!
😊
