Is there any difference between the following sentences? Do they mean the same? If not, Can you please give examples how to use them?

1- I have went there twice.
2- I went there twice.

You need to say 'I have been there twice' or 'I went there twice'.

Which you choose depends on the context.

Just to clarify, "have went" is not used at all.

Difference between 'I have been there twice.' and 'I visited there twice.' :-D

I think that strictly speaking, "I went there twice" should be paired with "I have gone there twice", and that "I have been there twice" should go with "I was there twice".

I would not use "visited" this way. It needs an object.

'I have been to Paris twice.' and 'I visited Paris twice.' would have the same meaning.
