Does 'I've removed LibreOffice from the list of unwanted packages.' sound natural in my context?

I have a list of software packages that need to be removed, and this list is named 'Remove unwanted packages'.
If this sounds confusing, let me clarify. This list is defined in a configuration file, and it is executed by an automation software. Essentially, this list represents a task, which is why it has a name.

name: Remove unwanted packages
- gnome-games
- gnome-music
- gnome-sound-recorder
- libreoffice-common
- libreoffice-style-colibre
- libreoffice-style-elementary

If I remove all three LibreOffice packages, which essentially encompass LibreOffice and all its dependencies, is it correct to say?:

I've removed LibreOffice from the list of unwanted packages.

I think I can also opt for this version, although it may not be as concise as the first one.

I've removed LibreOffice from the list of packages to be removed.

I'd say "I've removed LibreOffice from the list of 'unwanted packages for removal' or "I've removed LibreOffice from the "Remove Unwanted Packages" list".

Nowadays, I think it's more common to call programs "apps" rather than "packages".
