Edifying Audio/Visual Materials

I teach university students in Korea. I don't like using much audio/visual media and even much of the textbook materials typically used. I'm not against using audio/visual media, just not what students want which is pop songs, movie clips, and anything that gets giggles and entertainment value. Do you have any thoughts about sources of audio / visual content that is edifying?
