This experiment is to check if three liquids with different purity are supercooled or not. And check how the impurity of a liquid affects supercooling.

Does the title 'Effects of Impurity of a Liquid on Supercooling' mean what I want to say?
 
As I see it, there are two variables in your experiment - the purity of the liquids which is probably measured in percentage and presumably, the rate of supercooling (temperature divided by time). You have not made it clear as to what you mean by "supercooling".
 
I think the title is perfect. The failure of one of the subject liquids to supercool, or a change in the rate, would both be effects of purity.
 
I don't think effects is quite the right word. I don't think whether a liquid can or cannot be supercooled is an 'effect' of its purity. An effect is when something happens as a result of something. What you're attempting to discover is a relation, not an effect.

That's good. Is there a reason to say impurity rather than purity?
