I read the sentence on the Internet.

"Do you read newspaper everyday?"

The original sentence uses everyday, not every day.

Is it correct? The word everyday is an adjective, and the phrase every day is an adverb.

Which one is correct, everyday or every day?

Thank you!

Thank you, Rover_KE.

I think every day is correct after reading some threads.

Am I correct?

Yes, you are.

Thank you, Roman55.

You're welcome, dido4.

In future, just click on the 'Thank' button rather than write a new post to say 'thank you'. In this way other forum users won't rush to the thread thinking an exciting new post has been written, only to be disappointed and then leave feeling that their time has been wasted. ;-)

In BrE, it's more natural to say "Do you read a newspaper every day?" or "Do you read the paper every day?" Don't ask me why we use the indefinite article with one and the definite article with the other, but we do.
