The purpose of this qualitative research is to 1) examine what factors go into the level of psychological preparation needed by technology senior management before, during, and after implementation of new technology initiatives, 2) examine what level of support should stakeholders provide to enhance collaboration and improve communications, 3) examine what preparation is needed by the organization to implement changes in technology, and 4) examine what human aspects relative to relocated managers or employees need to be investigated by the management during such change.[/FONT]

Well, I wouldn't say "technology senior management". Just "senior management" should do just fine. Also, say "by management" instead of "by the management".
