Hello everybody!
Is the verb "facilitate" interchangeable with the verb "enable"?
Let me present you an example:
A house has been insulated in order to enable tenants to feel comfortable during winter.
The verb "enable" is usually, not always, followed by object + to infinitive.
or
A house has been insulated in order to facilitate providing comfort for tenants during winter.
The verb "facilitate" is usually, not always, followed by ING form or noun.
What is your opinion?
Thank you.
