Hello,

1. I heard you become a very successful doctor.
2. I heard you be a very successful doctor.

3. I heard that boy become so naughty.
4. I heard that boy be so naughty.

I think number 1 and 3 are OK, but I don't know whether the rest are OK or not. Could you please check it out if they are correct?

You are confusing two different constructions. None of your sentences is correct.

I heard you come in. - I was aware of the sounds you made as you came in.

I heard (that) he became a doctor. - Somebody informed me that he became a doctor.
