What does it mean by " feel like a pack of cards" in the following sentence extracted from "Grammar with Laughter" book ?

Doctor, I feel like a pack of cards.

If you sit down, I'll deal with you in a minute.

This kind of joke relies on the unlikely scenario of a patient hallucinating about feeling like an inanimate object.

When you're playing card games you deal them out.

'I'll deal with you' means 'I'll attend to you.

Here's another:

'Doctor, doctor, I feel like a pair of curtains.'

'Pull yourself together.'

The patient is describing his symptoms. The doctor (presumably a psychologist) is making a pun. See definition #3 here as well as 4a under the intransitive verb entry.
