I have seen the three styles of writing:
a. Reason for Editing: Fix a typo
b. Reason for Editing: Fixing a typo
c. Reason for Editing: Fixed a typo
Grammatically, I assume that (a) is a verb phrase, (b) is a gerund phrase and (c) is a verb (in the past simple) phrase.
But what is the difference in meaning among them (especially between a. and b.)?
