Let's confirm the classes for tomorrow as follow:

0930 to 1030 English
1030 to 1200 History

Shall I use "follow" or "follows" in the above sentence?

Thanks.

Matthew's dictionary link does not emphasise that 'as follows' is a set phrase—even with a plural referrent:

'The changes are as follows: ...'

"Let's confirm the classes for tomorrow are as follows: ..."

May I ask a question here?
Is "are" optional or required in the sentence above?

I think it is optional.
