Welcome to the forums, Avinash Yadav.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand the question.

Do you mean 'conference' rather than 'Confluence'?

I don't know what you mean by "frame."

Aren't most people named?

"Were" should be "where."

do you know hindi langauge..???

Is there any reason why we might know Hindi? :-o

Please don't get impatient. The people who respond here are volunteers; they try to help in their limited amount of free time. If they had understood what you wanted, Rover and SD would not have told that they didn't. The word 'frame' meant nothing to them, or to me. Now that you have rephrased your question, your request has become clearer, and one of our volunteers will probably help soon.

You can help yourself to write correct English by always using a capital letter for the first word of a sentence, languages and adjectives of nationality and the pronoun 'I', by using correct spelling (you, because) rather than textspeak spelling (u, becoz), and by checking the spelling of longer words such as 'conference' and 'reputation' in a dictionary.

I could see someone (in marketing) calling a "coming together" of people a "confluence."

I don't understand what this sentence is from. Is this a bullet point from a resume? Why do you want to replace some mentions of actual people with an English term for people with a good reputation?
