Full board/bed and board

Is there any difference between ''full board'' and ''bed and board?'' Do you use them interchangeably?
 
I would not infer any difference. And "interchangeably", yes.
 
"Bed and board" sounds rather old-fashioned to me. We tend to refer to hotel bookings as being "room only", "bed and breakfast", "half-board" (breakfast and dinner or sometimes breakfast and lunch provided), or "full-board" (breakfast, lunch and dinner provided).

The terms especially "room & board" are still used extensively among universities in the U.S.
