Hi, i am a beginner at English. i want to improve written English but i can't understand how can i improve the sense of tense & vocabulary power.please give suggestions. Thanks a lot.

You want to write better and expand your vocabulary? Read.
Read as much as you can, as often as you can. Read anything in English that interests you.

If you are not studying formally in school, you might wish to purchase a "method". Here is a link to a popular method used by EFL teachers throughout the world.
