Welcome to the forum, vikkipanthi.

The way the forum works is that you ask one question at a time, with a title which includes the word or words you are asking about, such as 'What should we use for a company reference?'

I am amending your title. Please wait for replies before posting your next question.

Please note that sentences should begin with a capital letter and questions should end with a question mark.

Hi Team,

1 -what should we use for a company reference like he or she. "It"
2- why we use on for transportation like i am on the bus, plane,. why we use on foot not by foot. "By foot" is possible.
3- use of upon preposition, with the example. "He put the book upon the table." See "upon" in a dictionary.
4- use of been with is, with example and clarification.
4. I can't think of an example of 'is' being used with 'been'. Do you have an example?

4- use of been with is, with example and clarification.

If you are thinking of something like "She's been studying hard", note that the 's doesn't stand for "is", but for "has". So if you write it in full, you would read "She has been studying hard".

PS: The only example of that use in that order is when speaking of the verb: "Been" is the past participle of the verb "to be".
