Which one is correct?

During that time, she hadn't yet decided what to do.

or

During that time, she hasn't yet decided what to do.

(I guess the second sentence is correct.)

Interesting question. I am a learner here too. I too think that the second answer is correct, i.e. "
During that time, she hasn't yet decided what to do."

Neither of them makes much sense. Do you have any context in which you want to use them?
