If I ask someone a same question in different ways, are all the following sentences grammatically correct?

1) Has he a sister called Ronita?

2) Does he have a sister called Ronita?

3) Has he got a sister called Ronita?

They're all grammatical. Number one is very old fashioned. Few speakers younger than seventy would say it.
