Hello!
Could you help me please?

I am not sure in my sentence: I have been always dreaming of entering to National Technical University for my whole life.

Should I use the adverb 'always' in this contex? Is it correct?

It's not natural. It would be better as "I have always dreamed of..." "for my whole life" is unnatural and unnecessary.

Or it implies that he/she wants to be in the university for life.

I have been always dreaming of entering to National Technical University for my whole life.

I would also get rid of the "to." The sentence should read, "I have always dreamed of entering National Technical University." Another option is, "I have always dreamed of attending National Technical University."
