Here are four sentences, and I want to know what sentences are more natural to native speaker, and why?

1. He is not a man who would kill people.
2. He is not a man as would kill people.
3. He is not such a man who would kill people.
4. He is not such a man as would kill people.

I find only the first natural.

Are all of those sentences grammatical? Even though some of them not really sound natural.

That's a strange question. If they are not natural, what difference does it make if they are 'grammatical'?

They are not.

The reason why I posted it is because that the below question is given in exercise.

John is not such a man ____ would kill anyone.
(A) that (B) as (C) who (D) whom

And author says: 「The correct answer is B because "such" appears in the sentence. Also we can take "as" as "as the man who", so this sentence can be viewed as "John is not such a man as the man who would kill anyone".」

I'm like: Why? Why can't I use "that" or "who", only because there is a "such" in front of it?
Or can I not say John is not a man as would kill anyone because there is not a such in front of it?

I'm confused.

The information in post #6, along with the source and author, should have been included in post #1. Please do your best to translate the title and author into English, as well as giving the original. It doesn't matter what language the book is in. The fact is that we have strict copyright laws in the UK (where the forum is based).

Title: Lai's ENGLISH GRAMMAR
Author: Shixiong Lai

I cannot find author's English name on internet, so I translate it by using Google translate. The original one is attached in image in post #8.
