He speaks evil about me to others.
He speaks evil to others about me.

Are both correct?
 
Rock-onn, I have changed your thread title (I don't think it's the first time I've had to do this). Titles should include some/all of the words/phrases you are querying.

I don't find either of your sentences particularly natural. They're both grammatically correct but "to speak evil" is not something most of us would use. It sounds like it's from a very old text. Do you simply mean that the person says unpleasant things about you?
 
One guy is slandering me, not so worse though.
 
I meant his slandering is not that worse so to impact me.
 
He speaks ill of you.
 
He is slandering you, but not badly enough to affect you.
