Being healthy means eating right and exercising. To keep a healthy balance diet a person should try to eat daily at least a portion of major food groups, and exercise at least three times a week to keep the body fit and reduce the chances of poor health.


Two of major food groups are fruits and vegetables. First, oranges have been found to help fight different types of cancers and other ailments. Researchers found oranges have the highest concentration of antioxidants in all fruits.


Strength training exercise helps your bones, muscle tissue, and joints. Our bones start to thin and wear out as we age. Strength training replenishes our bones and helps fight against osteoporosis, which deforms the bone.
Regular trips to the gym are great, but don't worry if you can't find a large chunk of time to exercise every day.


To sum up, eating fruit and vegetables will help you body and mind to stay healthy and keep the diseases away.
