Hello.

Are these correct and natural?

1. Her messy room is a physical embodiment of her cluttered mind.

2. Her neat room is a physical embodiment of her organized mind.
 
I don't think "physical embodiment" works to refer to a room. It's usually used to refer to a living creature. How about using "reflection" instead?
 
They sound okay to me. "Reflection" would also work.

That sounds a tad formal to me, more so than the other alternatives above. An artist or literary critic might say it.
