The situation is "Our company invites anyone to join our team." Hire a sales person.
Is the following sentence correct and natural?

The person( sales person ) who is a proactive team player and able to work independently.

No — it's not a sentence as it has no main (finite) verb.

Your preamble has problems, too.

I make a new one. Could you please check? thanks.

Our company invites candidates who want to be a sales person.

The candidate who equiped sales experience and a proactive team player and able to work independently.

How about:

Our company has a vacancy for a sales executive.
The candidate/applicant should have experience in sales, be proactive as part of a team and able to work independently.

The successful candidate who equiped will have sales experience, and be a proactive team player and be able to work independently.
Note my corrections above. I think you should take some time to read the text in some real job vacancy advertisements so you can see how they're worded.
