Hello

I am wondering if the following sentence is correct, as the author has not used a passive construction for the verb "debrief".

The original sentence:

"Blake sat with Rodin on the bench and described his arrival in England and debriefing by MI6."

My Version:

"Blake sat with Rodin on the bench and described his arrival in England and being debriefed by MI6."

The original is correct. Your version is wrong. "Debriefing" is used as a noun to follow the implied "his".

... and described his arrival in England [and described his] debriefing by MI6.

What's the source of the original sentence? Who wrote it?

I forgot the source.

Yes, we know you forgot [to provide] the source. That's why Rover asked for it. Did you perhaps mean "I'm very sorry. I have forgotten the source. I won't post any more quotes unless I can provide the source and the author"?
