Our meeting is tentatively scheduled for February 12, 2011. When your company 2011 calendar is updated in January,could you please confirm that the meeting can take place on February 12.

Fine, though I would put on that date instead of repeating the date.
 
Using fivejedjon's suggestion and making some changes of my own (possessive, space after comma, question mark):

Our meeting is tentatively scheduled for February 12, 2011. When your company's 2011 calendar is updated in January, could you please confirm that the meeting can take place on that date?
