How to wish a group of people in whatsapp

I want to wish a group of people in whatsapp .Please let me know if this is correct or correct the sentence

"Happy Diwali to you all and your families too "

Hi thanks for your reply is the plural (families)correct to be used would it mean respective family or will it confuse people having meaning many family

It won't be a problem, but you could also use the singular:

Happy Diwali to you and your family.

Each person who receives the message will take it to refer to them and their own family. However, people will generally take the most logical interpretation- if I receive a message addressed to multiple people and plural families, it is not obvious to think that the person is greeting my families- most people only have one and will connect the greeting to it.
