Can I write the following sentences, of which one is with a comparative adjective and the other is with a positive adjective, this way?

1- Humans can run for a longer time than any other animal.
2- Humans can run for the longest time in the animal kingdom.
3- No other animal can run for a time as long as humans.

In addition, could you please correct the way of asking the question? I mean is there anything wrong?

1. OK.
2. Say: "Humans can run for the longest time of any animal."
3. No.

For me, the most natural way would be:

Humans can run for longer than any other animal.

I see no need for the word "time" anywhere.
