Dear All, would you please help me with a doubt?
There is an expression I am used to doing something, meaning that you have a current habit of doing the action.

And what if you have a habit of NOT doing something - you got used to NOT doing it (not being able to do it).
First, I got used to not being able to smell normally as I have a sinusitis. - CAN WE SAY SO?
Second, I am used to not doing something / I am used to not being able to smell things. - CAN WE SAY SO?

Thank you very much in advance.
Best,
Maria

If you're used to something, you're familiar with it. In other words, you're accustomed to it.

When you're used to doing something, it's hard to get used to not doing it; but once you are, it's easy to continue not doing it.

And vice versa.
