if we had "i can't live neither with you nor without you" then it would mean that someone can't live at all! right??

Logically, you're right, it would mean "I can't live at all". Of course, that's not what we mean when we say it. It's a common phrase amongst women (in the UK, at least): "Men! Can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em". It's just an indication of how infuriating they are!!

I've heard the same sentence used about women rather than men in the UK. I guess that's because I'm male.
