Does the caller say "I can't figure out why the certain things..."? (00:03) [
]
 
Yeh, I can't figure out why there's certain things you can't figure out, like ...

Is it correct to say "there's" instead of "there are"?
 
Grammatically "there's" is incorrect, of course. But native speakers (including me) use it very frequently when strictly speaking we should use "there are".
