I guess the underlined sentence could be supposed to be like this as Wh-question.
-> How long have I got here?

But I guess, if this sentence were a declarative one, it would be like this.
=> I have got ~~(time)~~ here.
e.g.)
I have got 30 minutes here.

So, my question is that when I would like to ask a certain time that I have, should I ask by saying "how long?"
Couldn't I ask by saying "how much time or how long time"?

How much time have I got here?
or
How long time have I got here?

It's already declarative. Notice that it ends with a period (a.k.a. full stop).

it would be like this.
=> I have got ~~(time)~~ here.
e.g.)
I have got thirty minutes here.

Or, in American English, "I have thirty minutes here."

You can say, "How much time do I have?" or "How long a time do I have?" The first is more natural.

You either hear or read a sentence. The chances are that you meant you heard it. Also, I'm pretty sure you mean "X-Men".

It may or may not be. The second is clearly asking for a duration.

The first is simply saying that the person doesn't know something.
For example,
A- "Do you know how much time you've got left?"
B- "No. I don't know how long I have got here".
